Public input is sought on the Indiana Finance Authority’s intent to have two studies prepared for the Ohio River Bridges Project:
1. A preliminary study to explore the feasibility of using a public-private financial and project delivery structure for the East End portion of the project, which includes building a new bridge near Utica, Indiana and Prospect, Kentucky with its approaches linking it to the Lee Hamilton Expressway and Gene Snyder Freeway.

2. An economic impact study to determine the impacts of the project on existing commercial and industrial development, potential impacts on employment and future development, as well as the possible fiscal impacts on local units of government.
