From the Kentucky DBE Program Manager
The Kentucky Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program is committed to helping
the Ohio River Bridges Project exceed goals for disadvantaged, minority and women-owned
business participation.
We work diligently to help firms certified by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet
(KYTC) develop new skills and become more competitive working with some of the world’s
leading design and construction firms and help strengthen the Louisville-Southern
Indiana economy.
Our region is rich with minority and women-owned businesses that may have opportunities
on the Bridges Project, but have yet to take the steps necessary to prepare their
businesses.
